UPMC File Motion to Intervene for Preliminary Injunction in MDL 2406
UPMC filed a motion to intervene in MDL 2406: In re Blue Cross Blue Shield Antitrust Litigation for the limited purpose of seeking a preliminary injunction against all Defendants other than Highmark.
UPMC operates 40 academic, community and specialty hospitals and 700 doctors’ offices and outpatient sites. There are over 4,800 physicians employed by UPMC.
